Systemic Candida is real
Over 50 percent of the patients studied had deep or systemic candidiasis. These means invasive candida that invades the organs such as the heart, kidneys, even the brain.
Antibiotics – Changing our internal environment
All the patients were treated with antibiotics for seven or more days. This investigation indicated that candidiasis occurred when the natural environment inside the “host” was changed, primarily by the use of antibiotics. What happens then? Candida can then take over, colonizing in the intestinal lining. From there Candida can break down the intestinal lining, enter the vessels, and spread throughout the body.
